Ronnell Lewis “didn’t have a yes-or-no answer when asked about his eligibility on Saturday,” the Norman Transcript reports.
“I don’t really want to get into that conversation,” he said. “It’s not up to me right now. It’s in others’ hands. I just have to wait for the outcome; that’s all I can really do and say about the situation.”
The coaching staff “has given no indication that it doesn’t expect Lewis to be one of its starting defensive ends this season.”
