For what it’s worth, OU senior wide receiver Ryan Broyles was reportedly very sick for the Florida State game this past Saturday, Al Eschbach reported today on the Sports Animal.
According to a Twitter update from Broyles, his pre-game meal didn’t settle very well.
Figured this was newsworthy because, even though Florida State’s much-improved defense played a key role, Broyles didn’t have as good of a game (7 catches, 55 yards) as we are accustomed to seeing.
A player who participated in the game Saturday told Eschbach he had no idea how Broyles was able to play at all given how sick he was.
