Sophomore running back Roy Finch “is the team’s leading returning rusher from last season but has dropped on the depth chart behind RB’s Dominique Whaley and Brennan Clay,” CBS Sports notes.
Clay says “Finch still has a positive attitude.”
“Roy knows his time is coming,’’ Clay said. “I don’t see him being down at all.’’
Coach Stoops said at his press conference today that Finch was not in the coaches’ doghouse for anything and would see the ball more moving forward.
