Tulsa Cornerback Ruled Ineligible, Will Miss OU Game

Tulsa starting cornerback John Flanders "has been declared academically ineligible this season," the Associated Press reports.

"Flanders has played in all 39 of Tulsa's games over the past three seasons and started 22 times."
