Junior defensive back Demontre Hurst will wear the No. 12 jersey this week in memory of Austin Box, OU announced today.
OU announced today that a change has been made. Sophomore linebacker Corey Nelson will now be wearing the No. 12 jersey instead of Demontre Hurst. No word on the reasoning behind this last-minute switch.
