A few media outlets have started rolling out their predictions for the OU-Florida State game in Tallahassee this Saturday.
- NBC Sports’ CollegeFootballTalk predicts that Florida State will defeat OU 28-24. They expect the Seminole defense “to offer much more resistance to Landry Jones and his high-tempo offense” compared with the game last year. They also note that road games “have been much more of a challenge for the Sooners, who are just 3-5 with Jones taking the snaps.”
- Associated Press college football writer Ralph D. Russo predicts that OU will defeat Florida State 31-23.
- A total of seven college football writers for CBSSports.com made picks for this week’s games. Of those seven, four picked OU to win.
