Sophomore running back Roy Finch “was cited on a misdemeanor complaint of property molestation Dec. 8, Norman Police Sgt. Jennifer Newell confirmed,” according to the Tulsa World.
“The complaint was raised by an unidentified friend of the 20-year-old Finch, after Finch allegedly damaged the friend's computer. Police were called to the location of the incident, the Commons on Oak Tree apartments in Norman, where Finch signed the complaint before being released, Newell said.”
